ThawHawk mounts on the wall inside a cooler, prep room, or server space. It measures temperature, humidity, and a door open or closed state, then reports that data to a simple web dashboard. You set rules like "above 40 F for 10 minutes" or "door open more than 3 minutes", pick who should get alerts, and ThawHawk handles the rest.

There is no server to build and no software to install on a local PC. ThawHawk talks directly to the cloud over HTTPS and keeps working quietly in the background.
1. Mount and power
Put the sensor on the wall, run a single PoE cable, or give it power and WiFi. It comes online and starts reporting in a few minutes.
2. Claim it in the portal
Log in, enter the device code from the OLED screen, name the location, and assign it to a site or customer. You see live readings right away.
3. Add conditions
Create rules based on temperature, humidity, or door activity. Decide who gets notified and how often. Every event is logged for later review.
